HIDE DEVICE SERIES 05: SIMMER
The new and improved Simmer 2.0 is now available, the updated features are:
Single [rec] button for a simpler and more fluid workflow;
Improved Sync feature that allows for adjustable lengths and quantization of the recordings;
With the Midi function the device is now compatible with being mapped to any controller.
Simmer 1.5 has now a new and improved SYNC mode.
When the SYNC button is active, the start of the recording will be quantized to the first beat of the measure and the menu at the bottom of each column will allow the user to choose a length for his automation from 1 to 16 bars (off being a recording that starts on the 1 but has to be
stopped by the user). The multiplier menu offers a way of controlling the speed of the automations, the cycle can be slowed down (x2. x4. x8.) or sped up (x0.5 x0.25 x0.125).
